Letter to Our Customers - Lee's Air Merger

Letter to Our Customers

Dear A & P Heating and Cooling Customer,

A & P Heating and Cooling has been serving you and your community for 58 years. We have strived to serve you with that Standard of Excellence that we believe in. Recent years have proved to be challenging for all of us, but we have held on through it all. You, our customers, have consistently surprised us. Our Technicians love to brag about you. They tell us all the time that they have never worked for better customers. Thank you! Thank you for your loyalty and trust in us.

Last year, as we navigated through COVID, we leaned on our business coach of three years; Tom Howard, to help see us through. At the end of last year, Tom offered to become a business partner and to buy part of A & P Heating and Cooling. I accepted.

Tom owns a company based out of Fresno called Lee’s Air, Plumbing, & Heating. They have been in business for over 40 years and believe in doing top quality work, and doing the right thing for their customers, just like we do! That is why we get along so well!

With A & P Heating and Cooling and Lee’s Air, Plumbing, & Heating partnering together, we know that our customers are going to receive even better service than they have before. And rest assured, none of the A & P staff are going anywhere! Our Technicians are still here and are excited to serve you.

So, if you see a phone call from a Fresno number, or you get an email with the Lee’s Air Logo, that is probably us! If you call us, and someone answers saying they are from Lee’s Air, that is okay, you are in the right place! The customer service rep’s down at Lee’s will book you on your favorite technician, just like you are used to. We now have four technicians in Northern California so we can serve you better! Being part of this Lee’s Air team has made the burden off running a small business much more manageable and is allowing us to focus on what we are best at, taking care of your home comfort needs.

As always, feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions. We are here to help.

Your Sincere Engineer,

Todd Baltzley
